Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident (or a resident of a state with similar privacy laws), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Groundworkers does not sell your personal information for money, but some data practices — like matching you with contractors — may be considered a “sale” or “share” under these laws. You can opt out below.

What we collect

The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for each are described in our Privacy Policy. In short, we collect the contact and project details you provide and limited technical data, and we share project information with the contractors you ask us to match you with.

Complete the form below, or email privacy@groundworkers.example with “Do Not Sell” in the subject line. To verify your request, we may ask you to confirm the first name, last name, address, email, and phone number associated with your information.

We use the information you submit only to verify and process your opt-out request. You may also submit a request through an authorized agent with written, signed permission; we may separately verify your identity and confirm the agent’s authorization. Individuals with a disability that affects their ability to use this form may email privacy@groundworkers.example to receive this notice and submit a request in an alternative format.
