Mobile Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Terms & Conditions apply to Groundworkers Mobile, our recurring text-message program. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

1. The Groundworkers Mobile program

“Groundworkers Mobile” (the “Program”) is a recurring text-message program operated by Groundworkers Home Services, Inc. (“Groundworkers,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling, you agree to these Mobile Terms & Conditions. We may update them at any time; the current version always governs and lives at this page.

2. How to join

You can enroll by texting the keyword PROJECT to 62348, or by submitting a Groundworkers form with your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. By enrolling, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and consent to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages — including messages sent with an autodialer — about your project and matched contractors. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message fees

Groundworkers does not charge a fee to participate. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Groundworkers is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Program is handled as described in our Mobile Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or the consent you give for text messaging with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to enroll in the Program.

6. Supported carriers

The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, as well as many regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice and are not required to guarantee delivery.

7. Opt-out & help

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to 62348. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages; you may receive no further texts unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP to 62348 or email mobile@groundworkers.example.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify or terminate the Program, or your enrollment in it, at any time without notice and without further obligation. We may also modify these terms; your continued participation after changes means you accept them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groundworkers disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and other factors beyond our control, and we do not warrant that messages will be delivered on time or at all.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groundworkers will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

11. Governing law

These Mobile Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Groundworkers Home Services, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
