This Mobile Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through Groundworkers Mobile, our recurring text-message program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of this policy

This Mobile Privacy Policy explains how Groundworkers Home Services, Inc. handles information collected specifically through Groundworkers Mobile, our text-message program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to the rest of our services.

2. Information we collect

When you enroll in Groundworkers Mobile, we collect your mobile phone number, your enrollment and opt-out status, the content of messages you exchange with us, and basic delivery data (such as timestamps and carrier). We may associate this with the project details you shared with Groundworkers.

3. How we use it

  • To send recurring service and marketing texts about your project and matched contractors;
  • To respond to your messages and support requests (HELP);
  • To honor opt-out requests (STOP) and maintain records of consent;
  • To measure and improve the reliability of the Program.

4. No sale or sharing of opt-in data

We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share your text-messaging opt-in or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your project information only with the contractors you ask us to match you with, and with the service providers who help us deliver the messages, bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Your opt-out choices

You control your enrollment. Text STOP to 62348 at any time to stop Program messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you from Groundworkers’s other services; to manage those, see our general Privacy Policy.

6. Age requirement

Groundworkers Mobile is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly enroll anyone under 18 or collect their information; if we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through the Program. No transmission over wireless or internet networks is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this Mobile Privacy Policy as the Program evolves. Changes are posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date; continued participation means you accept them.
